The 26^th Annual General Body Meeting of  Kandla Timber Association will be held on SUNDAY the 22^nd September’2013 at 11.00 am at Timber Bhavan to  transact the following Agenda :-

 

AGENDA

 

1. To read and confirm the minutes of the A.G.M held on 26^th August’2012.

2. To receive and adopt the audited statement of accounts for the year 2012-2013 (1/04/2012 to 31/03/2013) and appointment of Auditors for the year 2013-2014 and fix their remuneration.

3. To read the report of activities for the year 2012-2013

4. Suggestion regarding 25^th Year celebration.

5. General discussion – open house.

6. Any other points to be discussed with the permission of the Chair.

7. Lucky Draw.
